Screen-enclosed backyard pool at a Florida home

For exterior home contractors. Palm Beach County first, then Broward.

Every backyard you finish is your next ad.

We put your finished work in front of homeowners within 20 miles who are planning that exact project, on Facebook and Instagram, and text them back before the other three bids do.

The actual problem

Homeowners get three bids. The first one to text back usually wins.

Referrals and a few Google reviews carry a good crew until the season slows. We put your real work in front of the right homeowners on purpose, every day, and make sure the ones who raise a hand hear from you in seconds, not the next morning.

  • Ads built from your finished jobs and your crews, not renderings or generic graphics.
  • Targeted to homeowners in the neighborhoods you actually want to work in.
  • A form that asks what the project is, a budget range and when, before you drive out.
  • Every request texted back in your company’s name within about 30 seconds.
  • One weekly message with requests, cost per request and what booked.

What we run ads for

The projects homeowners plan for months.

High-ticket, outdoor, and judged on photos of finished work. That is exactly what Meta is good at.

Results

First campaign, first month: leads, quotes, booked jobs.

A wrap shop in Palm Beach County ran our system for 30 days on its own ad budget. Quote requests came in from day one, real jobs got booked from them, and the shop kept the campaign running into month two.

LeadsQuote requests every day from the first afternoon the ads went live
JobsWork booked from those requests inside the first month
RevenueThe booked jobs covered the ad spend and the fee, with room to spare
RenewedThe shop went into month two on the same budget, with new creative from new installs

We don’t post a client’s numbers on our site. Lead counts, cost per request and job values are shared one on one. Ask and we’ll walk you through the real Ads Manager screen.

This was an auto client. The ads, the form and the follow-up system are the same ones we run for contractors. Connor built the follow-up side of this campaign.

What worked: the shop’s own installs, shot on a phone. Raw install video out-pulled every designed graphic we tested, by a wide margin.

How it works

Four steps. The first one is a conversation.

Most clients are live about a week after they say yes.

1

A 20-minute call, or we come to you

What you build, what a good job is worth, how many more you could take a month. If the answer is one, we’ll tell you ads aren’t worth it.

2

Ads from your finished jobs

Your pavers, your pools, your crews, shot on a phone. Homeowners trust real work from a real local crew over a rendering, every time.

3

A form that asks the right questions

What the project is, a budget range, and when they want it done. You see who’s serious before you ever drive out for an estimate.

4

A text back in 30 seconds, then the numbers

Every request gets a text in your name, then an email, then a nudge a day later. You get one weekly message: requests, cost per request, what booked.

Work

Campaigns, and the websites behind them.

Everything here is live for a paying client in Palm Beach County right now. We don’t put a client’s name or photos on our site until they’ve said yes, so names and links are on request.

Meta ads + follow-up

Fleet wraps, West Palm Beach

Built from the shop’s own install footage. Leads from day one, jobs booked from them inside the first month, and the shop still runs the campaign today on its own ad budget.

How month one went

Websites

Websites, too.

Wrap shop, West Palm Beach

An outdated site rebuilt into one page that quotes fleet work, with the same form the ads use. Live in under a week.

3M tint dealer, Royal Palm Beach

New site and new domain, built from the shop’s own photos. Quote requests go to the owner’s phone and inbox.

Links to both on request.

Terms

One flat monthly fee. No setup fee, no contract.

The fee depends on your trade, your area and what we’re building, so we quote it on the first call, before you decide anything. Your ad spend goes straight to Meta on your card and never runs through us.

Ads + follow-up system

Flat monthly fee, quoted on the call

  • Campaign built from your own jobs, refreshed as new work rolls out
  • Lead form that qualifies before you call
  • Automatic text and email follow-up on every request
  • One weekly message with the real numbers

Ads + a new website

One monthly fee, site included

  • Everything in the ads system
  • A new one-page site that quotes the work you want more of
  • Hosting, updates and photo swaps handled
  • The same quote form on your site and in your ads

Website only

One-time build, then a small monthly fee to host and keep it current

  • Built from your photos and your reviews
  • Live in about a week, on your own domain
  • Quote requests to your phone and inbox
  • You own it. Leave any time and take it with you
You pay Meta directlyYour ad budget goes on your card, in your own ad account. We never touch it.
You own everythingThe ad account, the leads, the creative, the site. Nothing is held hostage.
Month to month30 days’ written notice from either side. No term, no penalty.
One business per trade per areaWe won’t run ads for you and your competitor down the street.

The math we’d do with you. Our fee plus your ad spend is the real monthly cost, and we say it out loud on the call. One paver driveway usually covers a month. If your crews couldn’t take three or four more jobs a month, we’ll tell you not to hire us.

Questions owners actually ask

Straight answers.

What does it cost?
A flat monthly fee plus your own ad spend, which goes straight to Meta. The fee depends on your trade, your area and whether a website is part of it, so we quote it on the first call, before you decide anything. No setup fee, no contract. One booked job usually covers the month, and if it wouldn’t in your trade, we’ll tell you that instead of selling you a campaign.
I ran Facebook ads before and got junk leads.
Most junk comes from boosting a post with no form behind it. We run lead forms that ask the qualifying questions first and we set exactly who the ads show to and where. You see the answers before you call anyone.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Month to month, 30 days’ written notice from either side. You keep the ad account, the leads and the creative.
Who answers the leads?
You do. It’s your business and your pricing. Our system texts and emails them first so they hear back in seconds instead of hours, and you call the ones worth calling.
Will you work with my competitor down the street?
No. One business per trade per area, in writing.
How fast do leads start?
Usually inside 48 hours of the ads going live. The first campaign is live about a week after you say yes, because we need your photos and videos first.
Do I need a new website?
Not for the ads. The quote form lives inside Facebook and Instagram, so nobody drops off on a slow site. If your site is ten years old and still shows the old address, we’ll build a new one, on its own or bundled with the ads.
Why only two trades?
Because we’ve run the campaigns and we know what a Transit wrap costs and what a paver driveway is worth. Cole takes the auto and marine side. Connor takes exterior home contractors.
What if I’m not either of those?
Tell us anyway. Auto and home are what we run day to day, so that’s what this site is about, but we’ve taken on a couple of businesses outside them when it made sense. Fill out the form, pick “Something else”, say what you do, and you’ll get an honest yes or no, not a pitch.

Who you’re dealing with

Two people. Each one only does one trade.

You get the person who built the campaign on the phone, not an account manager.

Auto & marine shops

Cole Merbler

Car guy first. Cole sells it, shoots the creative at your shop and sends you the numbers every week. Wraps, PPF, tint, ceramic, detailing and boat work, Palm Beach and Broward.

Exterior home contractors

Connor Mack

Connor built the text-and-email follow-up system behind the wrap-shop campaign above. He runs the home side end to end: pools, pavers, roofing, screen enclosures, pergolas, turf, outdoor kitchens and lighting.

Tell us what you want more of.

You’ll get a straight answer on whether ads make sense for your business and what we’d actually run. No charge for that part, and no pitch deck.

Faster: email Connorconnor@baymarketingfl.com. A photo of a finished job and your service area is enough to start.
How should we get back to you?

We reply during business hours, usually the same day. Your number is only used to get back to you.
